Gates open 8 AM

Presented by

Mid Peninsula Old Time Auto Club

at Canada College in Redwood City

For 2006, the 32nd Friendship Day, we return to last year’s spectacular view location at Canada College in Redwood City. It is just east of I-280 at the Farm Hill Boulevard exit.

This year we want to encourage all local car clubs to make Friendship Day their designated event for the month of May. The expanded space we are occupying this year lends itself well to partitioning into designated spots for different clubs, and this will enable clubs to come in together and park together if they wish. Please let us know if your club wants to do this, so we may set aside proper space in advance.

Building on the momentum of last year when we had 850+ cars, Friendship Day remains one of Northern California’s biggest, friendliest, and happiest collector car events.  The $10 entry fee per car includes a magnetic dash plaque plus free donuts and coffee as long as they last.  No judging, no awards, no vendors, no preregistration. Just pay at the gate, park your car and walk and talk. See the incredible breadth of the old car hobby’s antiques, classics, special interest, trucks, sports, muscle, rods, campers, etc. Austin’s Texas BBQ will prepare lunch of hot dog, hamburger or veggie burger with chips and drink for only $5.

Please let us know if there are people or clubs we should contact directly to provide further information. Thank you!
