Rendezvous 2007 is Open for Business!
The selected Headquarters for Rendezvous 2007 is: Laurel Inn, Salinas, Monterey County, California 93906. We urge all Rendezvous 2007 participants to stay at the Laurel Inn! The Laurel Inn has shown great flexibility in accommodating the attendees to the Rendezvous 2007 with early check-in (after 12.00 noon) on Friday July 13th and late check-out (2.00 p.m.) on Sunday July 15th, 2007.
The price of your room is $76.00 plus tax, singles or doubles, no other discount applies. (this price is significantly lower than the major California Citroen Events in 2005 and 2006)! All reservation should be made directly with Laurel Inn, using your credit card, as soon as possible, and no later than June 15th, 2007!
When you make your reservation mention the group name Citroen Rendezvous 2007, to secure your $76.00 room price. The reason for making your reservation as soon as possible is to guarantee that every attendee can have a room at that price!

Rendezvous 2007 Gala Dinner, July 14th, 2007
The Gala Dinner will be held in the Rotunda of the National Steinbeck Center in Salinas.
The Gala Dinner Program:
- 6.00-7.00 p.m. View for free the various exhibits about John Steinbeck (a $10.00 value), or have a cocktail at the no-host bar, while listening to French chansons played on the accordion by member Mike Zampiceni.
- 7.30-10.00 p.m. Dinner
- 10.00-10.30 p.m. Presentation of Awards, Prizes
The plated Gala Dinner features:
- Salinas Valley Mixed Greens (with aged balsamic vinaigrette, candied pecans and feta cheese)
- Rosemary and Garlic Chicken Breast (with artichoke, olive hash, roasted new potatoes and vegetable medley)
- Family Style Dessert Platter (with espresso walnut brownies and house made cookies)
- The dinner includes, one non-alcoholic beverage and fresh baked rolls with herb butter
The plated Gala Dinner has been reserved for 100 Rendezvous 2007 attendees, at a cost of $29.00 per person, which includes gratuity and tax.
Please complete your Registration Form as detailed as possible, not only with your name but all those in your party. Further, be explicit with what car(s) you will be bringing, since it is our objective to have an award in each category; the people’s choice will be made from the available Tractions, A Series, D Series, SM, CX, XM, etc.
